The Golden Chopsticks Awards 2018 is the only awards to recognise and celebrate the enormous contribution of South East Asian cuisines to the UK catering industry. On Monday 16th April 2018 at The London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, we launched the inaugural Golden Chopsticks Awards to an audience of 470 restaurateurs, food critics, VIPs, press and celebrities. The event was a phenomenal success and has set the standard for Oriental food awards globally.
Chinese culture and cuisine has been an integral part of the UK dining scene for the past 60 years with Chinese food voted the nation’s favourite year on year.
